The key difference with Dave is that many headhunters see you as commission or a way to maintain agency contacts. He actually talks to you straight. Even when I would send people straight out of college to him, he would take the time to help them out. A nice ethical guy in advertising, good karma all around. If Jesus got into advertising, even with all his dad’s contacts, he would still talk to Dave.
